In this video I talk a little about the variety of threads used traditionally in shevitsa in the past. I also show you a few examples of different kinds of thread used in modern shevitsa examples. Finally, I demonstrate the difference in thread thickness - number of strands - recreating an example of original shevitsa from the Vidin region of Bulgaria.
