RECIPE
400g Celeriac
550g Vegetable Broth
5g Salt
Boil them over medium heat until they are soft.
360g Boiled celerac
80g Fresh cream
10g Honey
Blend them until smooth.
When adjusting the concentration, please add the broth from boiling the celeriac. It's also delicious with added spices.
