In this video, I will be showing you how to make an amazing vaipen recipe. This is a very famous tea shop snack which everyone can enjoy. It tastes really good and is one of my favourite snacks. Vaipen
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Steamed all purpose flour - ½ cup
Roasted rice flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt
Baking soda - ¼ teaspoons
Desiccated coconut - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - ¾ cup
Water - ½ cup
