Are you looking for an out of the box workout using Barre and TRX Suspension Training? If yes, join me for a 15 Minute PULSE TRX Workout for your whole body. This workout will challenge you in a different way by holding your muscles under tension.
TUT (Time Under Tension) is a type of exercise that involves putting your muscles under strain for a certain amount of time. This stimulates muscle growth and adds definition to your muscles.
Each exercise has one or two moves. One of the moves is tensing/pulsing for 3 counts. Repeat each exercise for 5 or 6 times.

👉 Workflow: 15 Min Workout
👉 Intensity: Moderate to Vigorous
👉 Level: Intermediate and Above
