For so many of us, the fear of loss runs our lives. Not just
the fear of heartbreak, but the fear of being truly on our own. Who will help if the car breaks down? If the bills pile up? If the diagnosis isn’t what we hoped for?
In this solo teaching episode, I explore how fear of loss
shapes our stories and keeps us searching for wholeness outside ourselves. Guided by this month’s tarot spread, Three of Swords, Queen of Cups, Nine of Pentacles, and Justice, we’ll walk the path from heartbreak to sovereignty, and from fear to freedom.
I’ll also share a practical somatic tool using the Sea of
Tranquility acupressure point to calm the body and remind your nervous system: I am safe. I am open. I am whole.
