Testimony is over in the YSL gang racketeering and conspiracy trial.
Attorneys for the remaining trial defendants, Deamonte Kendrick and Shannon Stillwell, are in court today (Wednesday, November 20, day 164) arguing their motions for directed verdict, which involve asking Fulton County Superior Court Judge Paige Reese Whitaker to enter a judgment of acquittal herself instead of letting the case go to the jury.
In this clip, Assistant District Attorney Christian Adkins argues enough evidence exists to support the racketeering conspiracy charge against Kendrick and Stillwell.
