Hello All!
Try this amazing workout from the Nike Training Club App. In this video I am 21 weeks pregnant and I thought this workout was perfect for me.
It is a moderate intensity workout at a beginner level that needs no equipment!
Good For- Active Recovery, Flexibility, Hip Mobility, & Movement Quality.
Why its good for Pregnant Women or Anyone!
Active Recovery- Typically this workout would be done on off day from training. Generally an active recovery workout is less intense and has less volume.
Flexibility- Lengthening and stretching muscles can help you prevent injuries, back pain, and balance problems.
Hip Mobility- help prevent lower back pain or injury.
Movement Quality- It’s a key component of everything we do. It’s not how far you can move – it’s moving through the appropriate joint(s), or through your current range of motion.
