Bud Larsen plays the Hardanger Fiddle inside the Hopperstad Stave Church in Moorhead, Minnesota. This replica of a medieval wooden Norwegian stavkirke was built by Guy Paulson. The Hardingfele Bud Larsen plays was also built by Guy Paulson, as Bud Larsen's apprentice. The songs Bud plays are favorite songs of Guy's father, a Norwegian immigrant farmer and fiddle player.
