A few weeks ago, we had 3 vehicles out of commission because of tire issues. The snow had started to melt and Zach finally had a day to work on tires. Fixing the backhoe tire was our number one priority since we use the backhoe to lift, pull, and drag so many other things on our property (especially other tires).
It's not uncommon for us to have a hiccup or two while working on projects. But setting the bead on this tire TAKES THE CAKE. If your up for a good laugh.... this video will more than do the job.
Disclaimer: Zach has used this method to set the bead DOZENS of times. Literally. So what was supposed to be a 20 minute job, turned into a 3 hour fiasco! My husband is borderline superhuman, so to have this tire turn into his kryptonite was like watching Superman struggle to fly. Spoiler Alert: The good guy always wins.
