Scallion Savory Cookies 葱油曲奇｜bakÉlaire
Salted butter 有盐黄油 150g
or unsalted butter + 1/2tsp salt 无盐黄油加半小勺盐
Icing sugar 糖粉 30g
Cake flour or all-purpose flour 低筋或中筋粉 160g
Scallion 小葱 1
Bake at 185C (365F) for 15-17 mins
