1. Start your day with overnight soaked raisins and kesar (about 10 days before period)
2. Don't be afraid of dairy. You can have desi cow milk and milk products.
3. Have cashew & jaggery mix daily.
4. Don't overdo seeds. Have them as chutney, sabzi, etc., not as shots.
5. Practice restorative asana.
