Roti savory berperisa tuna pedas dan mayonis yang lembut seharian pada suhu bilik yang mudah untuk disediakan, sesuai dijadikan menu sarapan pagi atau snek minum petang. Roti tuna ini tidak muak kerana rasanya sedikit pedas, ditambah pula dengan topping keju yang lemak masin.

Jumlah Roti : 12 keping (60 gram setiap roti)
🍀DOH ROTI :
125 ml susu segar/ susu penuh krim/ susu sejat (sejuk) | 1/2 cawan *rujuk nota 1
80 ml air sejuk | 1/3 cawan *rujuk nota 1
1 biji telur gred A
4 gm yis segera | 1 & 1/2 sudu teh
30 gm gula halus | 2 & 1/2 sudu besar
250 gm tepung roti | 2 cawan
125 gm tepung gandum | 1 cawan
4 gm pelembut roti | 1 sudu teh (boleh skip)
2 gm garam | 1/2 sudu teh
45 gm mentega (lembut) / marjerin | 3 sudu besar
INTI :
2 tin tuna pedas/ tuna kegemaran | 246 gm isi tuna dalam tin
80 gm mayonis | 4 sudu besar *rujuk nota 2
🍀TOPPING KEJU :
40 gm serbuk parmesan | 4 sudu besar
2 gm serbuk bawang putih | 1 sudu teh
1 & 1/2 sudu teh parsley kering
🍀SAPUAN ROTI :
1 biji telur
1 sudu besar susu
🍀HIASAN :
Parutan keju Cheddar
Parsley kering
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 190℃ | 374℉, 15-18 minit, pada rak kedua bawah, api atas bawah. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 15 minit.
📢NOTA :
1. Guna susu & air sejuk untuk mixer & breadmaker, dan guna susu & air suam kuku untuk uli pakai tangan.
2. Boleh letak mayonis sehingga 100 gm, jangan letak banyak sangat supaya mudah nak bentukkan roti.
3. Roti boleh disimpan selama 1 hari pada suhu bilik, dan boleh disejukkan sehingga 1 minggu. Bakar semula pada suhu 150℃ selama 10 minit sebelum dihidangkan. (Tutup roti dengan aluminum foil).

It is our favorite savory buns and the hint of spiciness from the chili in the filling and cheese topping added more flavor to the buns.

🍀BREAD DOUGH :
125 ml cold milk | 1/2 cup *refer note 1
80 ml cold water | 1/3 cup *refer note 1
1 large egg
4 gm instant yeast | 1 & 1/2 tsp
30 gm fine sugar | 2 & 1/2 tbsp
250 gm bread flour | 2 cups
125 gm all purpose flour | 1 cup
4 gm bread improver | 1 tsp (optional)
2 gm salt | 1/2 tsp
45 gm soft butter / margarine | 3 tbsp
🍀FILLING :
2 cans of spicy tuna | about 246 gm of tuna flakes (or tuna of your choice)
80 gm mayonnaise | 4 tbsp *refer note 2
🍀CHEESE TOPPING :
40 gm parmesan powder | 4 tbsp
2 gm garlic powder | 1 tsp
1 & 1/2 tsp dried parsley
🍀EGG WASH :
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
🍀TOPPING :
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Dried parsley
BAKING TEMPERATURE : 190℃ | 374℉, 15-18 minutes at second bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven is preheated for 15 minutes
📢NOTES :
1. Use cold milk & water for bread maker & mixer, and use lukewarm milk & water for hand kneading.
2. You can add up to 100 gm mayonnaise if you like, try not to add too much as it'll be difficult to seal the bun.
3. Keep cooled buns at room temperature for 1 day, or can be chilled up to a week. Re-bake buns (covered with aluminum foil) at 150℃ for 10 minutes before serving.
