HOW TO MAKE BROWNIES RECIPE| RESEPI BROWNIES KEDUT
Ingredients:
250g Dark Chocolate
115g (1/2 cup)Butter
100g (1/2 Cup) Granulated Sugar
100g (1/2 Cup) Brown Sugar
3 Medium Eggs
1/3 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
75g (1/2 Cup) All Purpose Flour
30g (1/4 Cup) Cocoa Powder

Bahan-Bahan:
250g Coklat Dark
115g(1/2 cawan) Mentega
100g (1/2Cawan) Gula
100g (1/2 cawan) Gula Perang
3 biji Telur
1/3 Sdt Garam
1 sdt Vanilla Extract (kalau tak letak pun takpa)
75g (1/2Cawan) Tepung Serbaguna
30g (1/4 Cawan) Serbuk Koko
Tips & Trick:
-make sure you don’t over beat your batter once the flour and cocoa powder are added. Unless you want the cakey textured brownies.
-Do Not overbake !!! These take 30 to 35 minutes in our oven but ovens do vary,so you can use a toothpick. Stick it into the center of the pan, and pull it out. If there are moist crumbs on the toothpick , it means they are done and perfect!
-This brownies recipe uses 3 eggs, which helps to give the fudgy texture.
-The more flour in brownies, the cakier they will taste. We want dense and fudgy brownies, so use as little flour as possible.
-Brownies taste better the next day ;)
But it’s up to you :D
If you don’t have Brown Sugar, you can simply use 1 full cup of white granulated sugar instead
