CALORIE KILLER CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT - 25 MINUTE HIIT AT HOME WORKOUT (BODYWEIGHT ONLY) // Follow along with me for a 25 minute full body KILLER HIIT workout at home. Try this hardcore HIIT workout anywhere at anytime. You don’t need any equipment for this HIIT workout - we are doing bodyweight exercises only.
Get ready to torch tons of calories, have some fun, get very sweaty and tear up this HIIT workout together.
Make sure you get thoroughly warmed up and let’s get started.
2 rounds | 40 seconds exercise / 20 seconds rest
Here is the full HIIT workout below:
Half burpee & 2 x pop squats
1 x squat & 2 x adductor squat jumps
Half burpee & 4 x jump lunges
2 x seal jacks & 2 x predator jacks
Half burpee & 8 x high knees
2 x lateral lunges (same side) & 2 x ice skaters
Vertical jump & 6 x duck walks
4 x diagonal ski jumps & back-pedal to start
4 x Heisman, 3 x diagonal ice skaters with back-pedal to start
2 x jumping squats & 2 x jump lunges, repeat
Front & side jack & 1 x star jump
Alternating lateral lunges & 4 x 90 degree jump squats
Rest - 60s
Repeat one more time
