HOW TO MAKE CURRY CHICKEN JAMAICAN STYLE

Hey guys
Today's menu is one of my favourite dish Curry Chicken. This Jamaican Style Curry Chicken is full of flavours, it can be served with white rice, boil dumplings or ground provisions such as yams and potatoes.

These are all the ingredients you'll need for this easy & delicious meal :
3 lbs- Chicken
2 Tbsp- Betapac Curry
1/2 Tbsp- Maggi Season up All-purpose Season
1/2 tsp-Maggi Chicken Season
1 Tbsp- All-purpose
1 stalk Scallion
fresh thyme
1 medium Onion
1 small piece of ginger
2 cloves fresh garlic- 1 minced and the other whole (all will add into the oil when burning the curry)
1 whole - Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1/2- Cut Scotch Bonnet Pepper (or add to your preference)
8-10 Pimento berries
Add salt to taste
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1-2 cups of water or (as needed)
