Patoli is a traditional Konkani GSB desert which is made on the various festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Nagar panchami. The aroma of these turmeric leaves makes these Patoli even more special and serve it with ghee which gives the beautiful combination.

Ingredients ( Serves 10-15)
Batter
Haladi paan(Turmeric Leaves) - 50 Leaves
Pole Tandulu (Soaked Dosa Rice) - 2 Glass
Unde Godaa (Round Jaggery) - 1 No
Pohu (Poha) - 1 Hand Full
Soyi(Grated coconut) - 1/2 No
Salt - As per taste
Filling
Soyi(Grated coconut) - 1.5 No
Unde Godaa (Round Jaggery) - 3 No
Layye Pitti (Puffed paddy powder) - 1 Bowl
