Hi all,
Today it is time to leave the EU and go to the UK! After driving criss-cross through Dieppe, due to a removed bridge, we finally arrived at our departure point. Unfortunately Sil couldn't go with us and had to go home, which we thought was a great pity and felt very sad about it.
In England we wanted to drive the coastal route, but it was so busy and there were so many traffic jams that we decided to drive inland. Due to the good weather, many people had made last-minute hotel bookings, which made it very difficult for us to find a hotel room.
