Sausage Chutney
Ingredients
1kg hot and spicy sausages
3 Tablespoons olive oil for frying sausages
5 grated tomatoes
1 onion diced
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
2 Tablespoons oilive oil for braising chutney
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder or masala
5 green chillies sli halfway
Salt to taste / about 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon dried thyme
