About this kriya:
This kriya works specifically in the area of the Lower Triangle, an energetic triangle that includes the first, second and third chakras. This area influences many of the instinctual and learned patterns that keep us in survival and self-preservation mode and inform many of the patterns that block us from realizing the deeper potentials we sense for ourselves and our lives. Dysfunctions of the body are reflected in the mind and vice-versa. These imbalances can best be corrected by physically stimulating the nervous and glandular systems that influence these lower chakras to give us access to a new energy balance that, combined with self-assessment and meditation, effect the wholistic change in behavior and thinking we desire to achieve. To best support this effect, focus the mind on what you are doing and experiencing during this kriya.
