Classic Chocolate Ganache
1/2 cup (120 ml/4 oz) heavy cream
2/3 cup (4 oz) semi sweet chocolate
pinch salt

Coffee Kahlua Ganache
1/2 cup (120 ml/4 oz) heavy cream
2/3 cup (4 oz) semi sweet chocolate
1-2 Tbsp instant coffee
splash of kahlua
pinch salt

White Chocolate Raspberry
2/3 cup (4 oz) white chocolate
65 grams frozen/fresh raspberries (approx 1/2 heaping cup)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt

Chocolate Cake
8 Tbsp (4 oz/1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup (6 oz) bittersweet chocolate
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup (33 g) all purpose flour
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
