Hello my friends! 💛 Today I’m sharing with you the perfect breakfast — a crispy haloumi toast with creamy guacamole, poached egg, and chili butter. It’s low carb, gluten-free, with no white flour — so it won’t spike your blood sugar and helps keep insulin levels low.
This breakfast is perfect for weight loss and even for diabetes-friendly diets — full of healthy fats, protein, and nutrients to keep you full and energized for hours. 🥑🍳

📌 Ingredients for 1 toast:
Haloumi cheese – 50 g (about ½ cup, grated)
Avocado – ½ piece (about 70 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Salt – a pinch
Egg – 1 large (about 50 g)
Vinegar – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
📌 For the butter sauce (enough for 3 toasts):
Butter – 30 g (2 tbsp)
Chili pepper – 1 tbsp (10 g, finely chopped)
Paprika – ¼ tsp (a pinch)
