Today am sharing this very easy to make Lemony crepes recipe. This is a good for dessert , breakfast or just for snacking on and am sure it will easily become one of your favorites.
INGREDIENTS
3 Large eggs, at room temperature
1 3/4 cups milk , at room temperature
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour, sifted
1/4 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 Tsp Kosher salt
3 1/2 Tbs Butter, melted
1 Tsp Vanilla
To serve ( optional )
Fresh berries
Yogurt Sauce
1 Cup Plain yogurt
1 Tsp Lemon juice
1 Tbs Honey
Lemon zest from half lemon
