What is California Proposition 13? -Quick Overview-

A lot of Californians have heard of Prop 13 and kind of have an idea of what it is. In this video, I give a brief overview of what it is, the origin of it, and how your property taxes are assessed under it.

There's been a lot of additions (Prop 60, Prop 90, Prop 110, Prop 58 & Prop 193) and proposed revisions of Prop 13 (Prop 19, Prop 15 on November 2020 California's election), so I thought a quick summary of it would be helpful to understand what is at stake.
