This Gluten Free Air Fryer Breakfast Flatbread is a super quick, gluten-free breakfast recipe that’s easy, customizable, and absolutely delicious!! I loved how simple it was to make, it's both cheesy and savory. You can totally make it your own by swapping in your favorite ingredients. It's perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or a weekend brunch treat!
Ingredients I Used:
1 BFree Gluten Free Carb Savvy Wrap
2 eggs (whisked)
Chopped red onion (to taste)
½ cup shredded cheese (I used Tillamook Triple Cheddar)
¼ cup cooked bacon
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions:
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Place air fryer parchment liner down, then top wrap with whisked eggs, red onion, bacon, and cheese (cheese goes on top).
Air fry at 365°F for 10 minutes.
Let stand for 3–4 minutes before cutting.
Enjoy your crispy, melty gluten-free breakfast flatbread!
