We finally made it to the Olympic Peninsula and we weren’t disappointed. Our first campsite provided an unexpected, spectacular find - a deep aqua-green swimming hole on the Sol Duc River that we happened upon from an unassuming campsite.
From there, it only got better. We found a private campsite where we could tuck away in a private little hide y-hole and awoke to soft and misty light on Makah Bay.
As we moved our camp down the coast we filmed a frenzy of pelicans feeding and Matt zeroed in on a spectacular site - a bald eagle posing on a rock.
Join us on this spectacular journey as we explore van life, filming, and photography.
