Hi friends ~ Welcome back to another episode of What I Eat in a Week!

I can’t believe it's already the middle of December. The holiday season and cozy nights have been bringing so much joy and I am so grateful for all the memories that were created this week.

I have continued reading the Throne of Glass series and it is just getting better! Comment below if you’ve read this series and your thoughts. This week was of course filled with delicious food, we started off with a delicious pot of Filipino Congee followed up with a savoury bowl of Braised Pork Belly paired with Egg Fried Rice and Bok Choy. The next day, I made the ultimate sandwich with homemade pesto and burrata, and for dinner I made a fan favorite Galbi Jin and ended the night by wrapping up some dumplings with my mom.

We started the weekend early with our annual Christmas Market date night, there was so much yummy food and cute holiday shops to look at. We ended the week by surprising my friend and I’s husbands with Canucks tickets!
