I love dumplings and noodle soup! This quick vegan dumpling recipe is easy and so delicious. Although the filling is only two ingredients, china cabbage and tofu , but it tastes so umami and delicious, less is more. It's a perfect soup for any weather. Especially if you use store-bought dumpling wrappers, you can save a lot of time and eat dumplings every day!

Easy Vegan Tofu Recipe | How to make Dumpling Noodle Soup [made from store-bought dumpling wrapper ]
Ingredients:
(2 servings)
20 frozen dumpling / gyoza wrappers
200g noodles
bok choy
for filling:
300 g chinese cabbage
1 tablespoon of oil
200 g firm tofu
1 tbsp minced green onion
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp sugar
for soup:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
3 drops roasted sesame oil
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp white pepper powder
cilantro, chili oil
1 tbsp crispy seaweed snack
