"Ms. Indrani Chatterjee has carved out a niche career profile through dogged determination, indefatible will power and an unfaltering attitude. Born in the town of Purulia, she has scaled the corporate ladder in a definite way. Her stellar work experience spans in 18 years of time frame and with an array of organisations like Patton International, PepsiCo, Vodafone and PwC where she was the chief People Officer. She has been termed as an initiator by her seniors and an immensely approachable personality by her colleagues.
She has demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing people strategies aligned with the business strategy. She has efficiently handled all the HR process from conception to implementation. This includes talent management, talent development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations and Industrial relations. She has been featured in the anniversary issue of Business manager magazine – July 2018 edition, where she elucidates her journey of satisfaction and learning. She has been coveted titles of “HR professional of the year 2013”, “Most influential HR leaders in India 2017” and “HR leaders who make a difference in 2018”. Currently she has forayed the domain of training and mentoring students and corporates alike to brace them with the pre-requisites required to make it big in the corporate world. Ms. Indrani has two decades of HR leadership experience in top organisations like PepsiCo, Vodafone & PricewaterhouseCoopers where her astute people leadership skills & outlandish Human Resources Management style had been applauded by titles like 'HR Professional of the Year' (2013), 'Most Influential HR Leaders in India' (2017) & 'HR Leaders who make a Difference' (2018). Currently, she is utilising her elixir of expertise in setting up her own venture which would focus on mentoring students & corporates alike to make it big in the professional world.
