Face Massage for Collagen Boost, Lift and Tone - Focus on Jaw, Cheekbones and Cheeks

In this face yoga video, we focus on specific face massage techniques to boost collagen and elastin in the skin, and to create lift and tone, specially in the jaw, cheekbones and cheeks. Plus 🌸Check out my NEW FREEBIE below🌸!

The moves will help to re-plump the skin, creating tone and definition in the lower part of the face.

You will need a few drops of your favourite face oil, and a small mirror to check the progress. We work on the right side of the face first, after which you can compare against the left side to notice subtle lift, de-puffing and definition on the side you’ve just worked on.

Face yoga is all about consistency and repetition. I advise including these moves into your skincare regime so you can do them regularly for best and sustained results, for example an evening skincare routine when you use face oil and can include a few minutes of face massage.
