We head to Shinjuku district in Tokyo to have dinner at the world famous Kagurazaka Ishikawa (神楽坂 石かわ). This establishment serves a Kaiseki inspired 11 course set menu that is out of this world. It is definitely not what you would expect from a three star restaurant. It is extremely comfy and unprententious. Ishikawa's food focuses on elevating the natural flavors of the ingredients using traditional japanese cooking techniques.
