Today's challenge: 15 minutes of pure abs exercises with no repeated movements. I call it The Ab Gauntlet.
On your first run through, try to do all of the movements as prescribed, and when you absolutely cannot continue, dial it down to the scaled back versions of the exercises, which are available for each and every movement.
