-6-12 chicken thighs (6 one serving, 12 double)
-Cook in olive oil
-need peanut or sunflower to fry (any high heat oil will work)

Coating for chicken:
-1/2 cup of gluten free flour
-1/2 corn starch (gluten free)
-2/ 3 eggs
-2 teaspoons ginger
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Sauce;
-5 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup granulated sugar
-1/2 brown sugar
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 cup orange juice with an extra 1/4 cup added
-add 1 tablespoon of orange zest for more orange flavor
-1/2 cup rice vinegar
-1 table spoon red chili flakes
-4 table spoons cornstarch is 5 tablespoons of warm water ) mix until running
