In today’s video I will show you how I use a donated Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker to make vanilla ice cream.
I got the ice cream maker off of a Buy Nothing group on Facebook. The best kind of ice cream is a free one and while the ingredients weren’t free the maker was and the ice cream will be free from additives. Watch to the end of the video for how to make ice cream without a machine
Recipe:
1 ½ cup Milk (I used 2%)
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/8 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Mix the sugar and milk together until the sugar is dissolved then add the rest of the ingredients. Once all mixed, taste and add more sugar and vanilla as needed. Once satisfied, pour into your machine (that should be running).
