I am Seeing Double. Do I have a Clival Chordoma?

I have started a new series "Profiles in Patient Courage". I operate on many patients here at Pennsylvania Hospital over my past two decades. Despite their fears, my patients allow me to open their skull and peer into their soul. When they emerge, they are hopefully better. Their courage never ceases to amaze me. I feel obligated to allow them to tell their stories.
