Al-Hilal confirmed the appointment of Esteve Calzada as CEO in January 2024.
Previously, Calzada made a big impact at FC Barcelona where he held the position of Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer between 2002 - 2007 and helped oversee significant economic and commercial success for the La Liga giants.
He then spent four years in England, working as Manchester City's Chief Commercial Officer and played a pivotal role in the club's rise to European dominance over the past decade.
Calzada is a tenured leader in the world of football, and in this session, he shares some of the lessons he's learnt along the way and how he navigates the key pitfalls that challenge everyone in the sports industry.
