Class is in session! It's time to go back to school and back to basics. In today's class at KTN University with Mrs. Martin, we are diving into a subject that's just as important as reading and math. Today we'll be talking about first and last impressions.
Whether you're saying hello or goodbye to your callers, how you open and end a call can make all the difference in creating a lasting impression. When a guest calls, that initial greeting sets the tone for the entire conversation. A strong, friendly opening can build rapport and trust right from the start.
So, what does that look like? Here are the ABCs of a strong call opening.
