🛒 Ingredients:
2 Large Potatoes
Chicken Breast (chopped)
Mushrooms (chopped)
Butter (small cubes)
50g Cream (Heavy cream or Cooking cream)
Salt & Pepper to taste
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:
Bake the Potatoes: Wrap 2 large potatoes in foil and bake them in the oven for about 40 minutes until they are soft.
Prepare the Filling: While the potatoes are baking, chop the mushrooms and chicken breast, then fry them in a pan.
Open & Fluff: Open the top of the potato without completely removing the foil.
The Creamy Mix: Add butter to the potato. Then, mix the potato insides with the fried mushroom and chicken, and pour in 50g of cream for that perfect texture.
