teriyaki chickpea sauce:
1 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp agave/maple syrup, juice from 1 lime, lots of grated ginger, black pepper, about 1/4 cup (60ml) water
fried mushrooms, red onion, garlic & bell pepper
granola:

“bacon” rice salad:
cooked brown rice, mixed greens
1 block of tofu, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle of smoked paprika (200°C, 15-20min)
small handful each dill, mint & parsley, cucumber
sauce: 1 tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp dijon mustard, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1/3 tsp oregano, 1/3 tsp thyme, salt & pepper to taste
tempeh crumble:
150g tempeh, cut into thin strips, fried in oil until crispy
smoked paprika, cumin, pepper, nutritional yeast, soy sauce
for serving: avocado, mustard, pickled onions, parsley (mustard sounds weird but it’s actually so good)
