Citroen C1 front wheel bearing replacement!!!

In this video, I’ll show you how to replace the front wheel bearing on a 2010 Citroën C1. If you’re hearing humming, grinding, or rumbling noises from the front end, there’s a good chance your wheel bearing is worn out. This guide covers the full process from safely lifting the car to reassembly and torqueing everything to spec.

💡 Helpful Tips:

Always torque the hub nut to the manufacturer’s specification.

Front Hub Nut: 216 Nm. This is the main large nut that secures the hub to the driveshaft/stub axle.

Wheel Bolts: 100 Nm (or 120 Nm depending on the source). It is recommended to check the specific value in your vehicle's manual.


Replace any worn bolts or split pins during reassembly.

If you don’t have a press, many garages will press the bearing in for a small fee.
