A delicious healthier alternative to rice. This dish goes well with kebabs, baked chicken and vegetables and seafood.
Easy and simple to make. Do give it a try!
TIME NEEDED: Prep 5 Minutes, Cook 25 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
50g Butter
1 cup Sliced Onions
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
½ cup Diced Tomatoes
¼ cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
2 heap tsp Tomato Paste
1½ cup Bulgur Wheat Grains
3 cups Boiled / Hot Water
