Treating heel pain is not always easy. Conditions like plantar fasciitis can prevent you from running, playing sports, and even prevent you from working. Runners develop this condition by running too much too soon.
This video demonstrates one stretch and 2 easy exercises that you can do at home to reduce foot pain at home. Stretching your calf the wrong way can cause more problems for your foot. I demonstrate how to make this correction and improve your gastrocnemius stretch. One eccentric exercise and the other emphasizes extending the big toe while doing a heel raise.
