Welcome to The Present Method! We will be talking about what Being Present means and how we can benefit. Being Present helps us be more joyful and successful. My name is Zachary Simms, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with 11 years of experience and have degrees in psychology, philosophy and rehabilitation. I work primarily with individuals who have anxiety, depression, autism and ADHD. I developed The Present Method to help individuals who want a whole-person approach to health, happiness and decision-making. This method took a little over 6 years to develop and test.
