This one video features nine separate lowerings filmed over the course of just over an hour spent at this quiet and peaceful level crossing spot near Chelmsford and Ingatestone on the Great Eastern Main Line, just next to a 15th-Century Church (St. Margarets). A mixture of passenger and freight train services can be seen passing on this busy line. The level crossing's set-up is fairly unique with a total of four 'Thin' LED wigwags on one side being scattered and laid out rather intriguingly. Despite this being the late-morning, the alarms can be heard in their 'night mode' setting from the third lowering onwards, when level crossings usually make this transition twelve hours later!
