Level crossing located next to Purfleet Railway Station within the recently re-named Purfleet-on-Thames, a town at the side of the Thames Estuary near the Dartford Crossing. Little has changed here since my previous videos were filmed at this location, though that is except for renewed barriers which were installed here rather recently to the time of filming.

In the next few years, this level crossing could potentially be no more. This is because of a £1Billion regeneration scheme of the town (desperately needed, to be honest) which would completely renovate the existing railway station. Part of this plan in turn expects a bypass to be constructed over the new railway station, thus allowing this level crossing to be removed permanently.
