The damage from the forest fire in Gangwon-do was massive. I truly thank you for remembering us. Your help will greatly comfort the victims.

Several months have passed by since the outbreak of the forest fire in Goseong-gun. I’m truly thankful to you all for your concern. Our county office will do our best to meet your expectations, and make sure that the victims will soon get their life back on track.

In April 2019, an extreme forest fire occurred in Gangwon-do Province, Korea.
In order to help the victims, Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah and the members of the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation held the 20th New Life Family Walkathon.
The funds, raised through the walkathon, were delivered as local gift cards to Gangwon-do Province to revitalize the economy that had become stagnant due to the forest fire.
