Week three of #veganuary2023 is finished and we are sliding into the finale. I genuinely hope you've been able to find some new vegan recipes to try and enjoy this month. ➡️ Secret tip: Store your extra raw cashews in the freezer until you need them. I keep a small jar of them on hand because I use them so often, and put the rest in my freezer.
