Join me on your mat (or bare floor) for a 15 minute unilateral lower body workout!
All you need for today's video is one weight. I'll be using a 10 pound weight but use a weight that you're comfortable with.
We'll mostly focus on the lower body, but we'll be doing some shoulder presses along the way so keep that in mind when choosing a weight.
Today we'll emphasize unilateral movement, which is targeting one side at a time.
