The Low Double out of a sweep from the opponent’s collar tie. This show is incredibly dominant and difficult to stop. This has become a very common shot at all levels because it gets a really good angle of attack. Attacking both ankles and driving in makes it difficult to defend.
This shot was made well known by 4x NCAA Champ Logan Stieber of Ohio State. Coach Higgins first learned this by trying to emulate him while still in high school and the from him at a camp. It’s a very fast appearing shot but comes mostly from an understanding of the fundamentals.
