Traditional Chinese Medicine in Australia, the government now recognizes the practice.
The story of Da Mo, one of the major figures in Chinese Buddhism.
One Chef who is reviving traditional Cantonese cuisine.
1. In March this year, Australia became the first Western country to nationally recognize traditional Chinese medicine. Margaret Trey now takes a look at the Australian scene, in which traditional Chinese medicine practitioners join the national registration board to receive national accreditation, alongside other mainstream health professionals.
2. Da Mo was the monk who established Zen Buddhism at the Shaolin temple in China, he is also considered the father of Shaolin Kung Fu. Ben Hedges now brings us the story of this famous historical figure.
3. We now go to Hong Kong, where one Chef is rediscovering some of China's traditional dishes.
