During the month of May, I'm participating in the 2025 PAIPL Bike & Hike - riding as many miles as I can while I reflect on this year's theme; "Caring for Every Body: Moving Through Nature.
On my way to work this morning I filmed a short video, got in a lovely ride along a few of our local bike paths, and even bumped into an old friend! Isn't cycling great??
